This weekend, the Waldbühne Northeim will be bustling with concerts, featuring Max Giesinger, Elif on Friday, and Alice Cooper on Saturday. However, the Northeim Police, in collaboration with the city of Northeim, want to remind concert-goers that there will be no parking available around the venue.

Parking and stopping in the access road to Gesundbrunnen, at the bus stop, and on the roadside along Bundesstraße 241 towards Hammenstedt are strictly prohibited. Even briefly stopping to drop off or pick up concert attendees is not allowed, as stated in a press release. The only exception to this rule is for visitors with mobility impairments.

To accommodate attendees, the speed limit on Bundesstraße 241 near Gesundbrunnen will be reduced to 50 kilometers per hour over the weekend. The Northeim Police and municipal ordinance office staff will be present on both days to ensure compliance with these regulations.

For those driving to the concerts, ample parking spaces are available at Mühlenanger, the train station, and the Berufsbildenden Schulen (BBS) on Sudheimer Straße. A free shuttle service will operate from all three locations starting at 4:30 PM on both days. Additionally, 20 parking spots for people with disabilities will be reserved at Mühlenanger, with an extra shuttle bus for wheelchair users.

So, while parking directly at the Waldbühne Northeim is not an option, concert attendees can utilize the provided shuttle services and designated parking areas to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at the upcoming concerts.
