Stefan Mross‘ New Song Sounds Like His Ex Stefanie Hertel’s

Stefan Mross, a well-known musician, is set to release a new song titled „Es funktioniert – garantiert“ on June 21st. However, it seems like this „new“ song is not so new after all. In fact, it bears a striking resemblance to a song released by his ex-wife Stefanie Hertel back in 2016 under the same title.

The song was brought to the attention of RTL, a popular television network, and it was noted that not only does Mross‘ song share the same title as Hertel’s, but it also sounds eerily similar. The production of Mross‘ song was handled by Ralf Rudnik, who interestingly enough, also produced the same title with Stefanie Hertel eight years ago.

When reached out to for comment, Rudnik expressed his amusement at the situation and praised the song, stating that it remains a great track even after all these years. As for whether Mross was aware that his new song was a cover of his ex-wife’s work, neither Mross nor Hertel have responded to inquiries from RTL.

It was revealed that the press release regarding Mross‘ supposed new song was retracted by the record label VIA Music, which was originally meant to be the new label for Stefan Mross & Band. The label claimed that the text about Mross‘ new single was written by them and was not paid for.

Stefan Mross and Stefanie Hertel were once a couple, and their relationship was not only personal but also professional as they collaborated on musical projects together. Their union resulted in the birth of their daughter Johanna Mross in 2001. Despite their marriage coming to an end in 2012, their musical legacy continues to be intertwined.

As Mross gears up for his musical comeback on his TV show „Immer wieder sonntags,“ the question remains whether he will still debut his song given its controversial origins. The uncertainty surrounding the premiere adds an element of intrigue to the situation, leaving fans and critics alike eager to see how it all unfolds.
