Anti-AfD Graffiti Found at Polling Station in Böhlitz-Ehrenberg

Unknown individuals in Leipzig have spray-painted political slogans on a polling station and a Green party office. According to police reports on Monday, the incidents occurred at a polling station in Böhlitz-Ehrenberg and a Green party office in the city center.

In Böhlitz-Ehrenberg, a 17-meter long graffiti in black paint was found, measuring approximately 75 centimeters in width. The graffiti was directed against the AfD party, with a smaller one in red paint underneath. The vandalism on Leipzig Street occurred between Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning around 5:35 am.

During a similar time frame, graffiti was also found at a Green party office in the city center. The graffiti, larger than a square meter according to police, targeted the federal politics of the Greens and was done between 9 am on Saturday and 9 am on Sunday.

In both cases, reports of vandalism were filed, and the police are currently investigating the incidents.
