On Sunday, the European champion was determined at the Stadium of Friendship in Gera. The search for the Mini-European champion brought together 24 E-youth soccer teams from all over Thuringia for the 1st Mini-EM on Sunday, June 16th. Each club represented a country, playing on nine fields in the original European Championship mode. The tournament started at 9:30 am with all teams ceremoniously entering the stadium.

The FC Thuringia Jena (Belgium) emerged as the winner of the tournament, defeating FSV Wacker Nordhausen (Ukraine) in the final to claim the title of European Mini-Champion. The podium of the Mini-EM included FC Thuringia Jena (Belgium) in first place, FSV Wacker 90 Nordhausen (Ukraine) in second place, and JV Ohrange United (Denmark) in third place.
