Scott Redding is left in the lurch. The Englishman signed with BMW in the fall of 2021 for four seasons, and for the third year in 2024, he had to exercise an option, as well as for 2025. His statements indicate that he has done so. „My goal is to stay with BMW,“ the 31-year-old told in Donington Park. „I signed with them back then because I believed in the project. Now we see the motorcycle winning. We had a rocky road to travel, but the relationship has improved over time. That’s why this is where I want to be. However, I don’t know what they will do. I’m not pushing them in any direction. The ball is now in their court, and they have to make the best of it. I’m trying not to stress about it.“
