Comedian Jan Böhmermann Takes Legal Action Against Beekeeping Company
In a legal battle before the Higher Regional Court in Dresden, Jan Böhmermann is fighting a dispute: Was the beekeeping company „MyHoney“ allowed to use his face for „advertising“ after he had tried to ridicule a business practice of the beekeeper in his „ZDF Magazin Royale“? Böhmermann filed for an injunction. He did not succeed in the District Court in Dresden. On Tuesday, the case will go to the second round in the Higher Regional Court.
