IntactGP Introduces New Additions Gonzalez and Munoz for 2025 Moto2 and Moto3 World Championships

IntactGP, a renowned racing team competing in both the Moto2 and Moto3 classes of the Motorcycle World Championship, is gearing up for the 2025 racing season with some exciting new additions to their lineup. With three out of four spots already filled for the upcoming year, the team from Memmingen is set to make waves in the upcoming season.

In the Moto2 team, Australian rookie Senna Agius has been confirmed for a second season with IntactGP. Joining him will be Manuel Gonzalez, who is making the switch from the Gresini team to Intact during the winter break. The 22-year-old Spaniard will replace Darryn Binder, whose two-year tenure with IntactGP has come to an end.

Jürgen Lingg, who leads the Moto2 program at Intact, expressed his enthusiasm for the addition of Gonzalez to the team. He stated, „I believe the timing of this switch is perfect for everyone involved. Manuel has gained significant experience in this highly competitive category, which will bring added value to the entire team structure. Everyone in the team is thrilled with our new addition, and we are looking forward to working together.“

Gonzalez himself is excited about joining the Intact team, saying, „This team has shown great effort in securing me as a rider for the next year. We both have high expectations for the upcoming season, and I am committed to giving my all. I will fight for our goals, which include aiming for the top positions.“

In the Moto3 team, Intact has enlisted the services of David Munoz, an 18-year-old Spaniard who will be joining from the BOE Racing Team. While his teammate is yet to be confirmed, it has been announced that Collin Veijer will be leaving the Intact team at the end of the season to move up to the Moto2 class and ride for Aki Ajo’s team.

Petter Öttl, who oversees the Moto3 team at Intact, shared his thoughts on the signing of Munoz, stating, „He was our top choice, and our team was also his first preference. David is a young talent who has already showcased his potential with several podium finishes. We aim to build on this and provide him with maximum support in his further development.“

Munoz echoed similar sentiments, saying, „It is the team that wanted me the most from the very beginning. I have full trust in them as they have proven to be one of the top teams consistently fighting for podiums and championships. I am confident that I can learn from such an experienced team and grow as a top-tier rider, hopefully contending for championships.“
