ZDF-Star Nina Gummich (33) erwartet wohl ihr erstes Kind
Actress Nina Gummich, known for her role in the TV series „Theresa Wolff,“ is reportedly expecting her first child. The 33-year-old actress, who gained fame as a forensic pathologist in the ZDF series, is said to be excited about the news.
According to a report from the „Bild“ newspaper, Nina Gummich is expecting a baby, confirmed by her press agent, although no official statement or quote has been provided. Further details about the pregnancy have not been disclosed.
Coming from a family of actors, Nina Gummich’s mother is actress Anne-Kathrin Gummich, with whom she co-starred in a film for the ZDF series „Theresa Wolff“ in 2022. Her adoptive father, „Tatort“ actor Hendrik Duryn, adopted her at the age of two and a half.
Having started her acting career at a young age, Nina Gummich appeared in her first role in 2001 in „Ein Vater zu Weihnachten.“ She went on to star in films such as „Groupies bleiben nicht zum Frühstück“ in 2010, „Russendisko“ two years later, and „Der Passfälscher“ in 2022. In 2022, she portrayed a young Alice Schwarzer in the TV movie „Alice.“
Nina Gummich has also appeared in various TV series, including the third season of „Babylon Berlin“ and the ZDF crime series „Theresa Wolff – Der Thüringenkrimi“ since 2021. In the latter, she plays the lead role of forensic pathologist Theresa Wolff, solving criminal cases in Jena, Thuringia. Two more episodes are already in the works, with Gummich having filmed for the series until the end of 2023.
