Jon Abrahamsson Ring steps into his new role on 1 september, according to a news release. He started his career at Ikea in 1998, after his bsc in business and economics from Umeå university, sweden. During the four years of his time in the group, he worked as Ikea’s founder Ingvar Kamprads personal assistant.

Dave Research, who has been working in furniture for over 30 years, has chosen to quit the company.
