British street artist Banksy continues his „Zoo“ series with a new artwork appearing in London every day for over a week. Following the recent piranhas, the artist has now released a provocative rhinoceros piece.

For the eighth day in a row, a new animal-themed artwork by Banksy has emerged in London. True to form, the British street artist claimed responsibility for the piece by posting it on his Instagram account.

The rhinoceros was spray-painted in the typical Banksy style on a wall in East London. It appears to be climbing onto a abandoned car, with a traffic cone on the hood giving the vehicle a rhinoceros-like appearance.

Banksy has been surprising the public with a new animal artwork every day for a week now. Unlike his previous works, this „Zoo“ series has been released without titles or explanations. The rapid pace of these creations is a departure from the artist’s usual mysterious approach.

The series began with a mountain goat, followed by two elephants, three monkeys, a wolf, two pelicans, a cat, and most recently, a school of piranhas. Londoners are eagerly anticipating how the Zoo series will continue.

However, two of the artworks have already disappeared. The lounging cat on a dilapidated billboard was reportedly taken down for safety reasons shortly after its appearance. The owner has promised to donate the piece to an art gallery.

Similarly, several men removed the howling wolf from a satellite dish, suggesting possible theft. Despite Banksy’s works fetching high prices at auctions, the artist’s identity remains a mystery. It is known that Banksy hails from Bristol, but speculations about the artist’s real name have yet to be confirmed.
