“ I think that people who don’t enjoy the activity-based workplace, don’t feel looked after. It has to be inclusive. The managers need to take into account the filurer you have to be with them.

Nadia Tolstoy has been the experience of employers who need to attract svårrekryterade, and highly sought-after employees. The employers have started to talk about what they refer to as ”experiental design”, or ”upplevelsearbetsplatser”.
